Igrowx Media – Refund Policy

1. General Policy

iGrowX Media is a performance marketing agency providing advertising and growth-focused digital services. We dedicate significant time, strategy, and resources to every campaign from the moment work begins.
Therefore, all payments made to iGrowX Media are non-refundable once the project or campaign setup has started.

2. Campaign Cancellations

A full refund may be issued only if a cancellation request is made within 10 days of signing the initial agreement and before any advertising or strategy work has commenced.
After campaign setup or ad activation, no refunds will be issued.

3. Monthly Retainers & Ad Management

For monthly retainer-based services (such as Google Ads or Meta Ads management), clients may cancel by providing a written notice 30 days in advance.
All work completed during the notice period will be billed as agreed. No refunds are available for the current or previous billing cycles.

4. Advertising Budgets

Ad spend paid directly to platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or others is handled through the client’s own ad accounts. iGrowX Media has no control or liability over refunds issued (or not issued) by these platforms.

5. Third-Party Tools & Costs

Any fees for external tools, software, or third-party subscriptions used for analytics, automation, or tracking are non-refundable once activated.

6. Inactive or Paused Projects

If a campaign or project remains inactive or on hold for more than 30 days without client communication, it will be considered closed. Payments made will not be refunded, and a reactivation fee may apply to restart services later.

7. Billing & Payment Terms

All billing cycles for active services continue until the client sends a written cancellation notice. Once notice is received, the current billing period will continue until its end date.
